Who's Talking!
Artist Shannon Harfosh lives in uptown Hoboken, and was featured in a Pop-Up art event at West Elm’s Hoboken store, which routinely supports local artists. Her cheerful depictions of sometimes-dreary urban everyday, or her warm still lifes and nature images automatically brighten up any room.
West Elm Hoboken will be featuring the artwork of a local artist who created the above “Sprinkled With Love” art piece in honor of Pride Month. The proceeds from purchasing the work will go to a local LGBTQ+ non-profit.
West Elm LOCAL is an initiative focused on building community and supporting local makers + designers. LOCAL is store-driven and managed; the store teams find the best local makers + designers and handpick their store’s product assortment. We assort products with multiple layers of value: the maker’s story, the product’s story and the product itself. We partner with local makers + designers to curate a collection for each store.
